Harold's house of oak is amazing, they have a ton of selection in their show room, plus endless custom options. Harold greets customers year round in the front of the store, and Mike is so easy to work with. We just had a custom colored king size headboard and footboard delivered. It matches perfectly!! We also had a child's bedroom set delivered. They two young men who delivered were awesome, they assembled and set up everything, I couldn't have asked for better service or more beautiful pieces! Thank you Mike & Harold!!
My salesperson (I believe it was Mike) was very helpful and took the time to point out several money-saving points to me. (Not your typical sales person). He also helped me understand the differences in the styles and what I was really looking for. The sales experience was so much better than any furniture store I have been to and the quality of this furniture is amazing. The showroom has over 1000 pieces and there is a sample of almost every wood and stain you might want to purchase on the items you are looking for. He told me that they do all their own packing for shipment when the furniture arrives, and they also do their own deliveries - they DO NOT contract out. I am anxiously awaiting my bedroom pieces. The headboard wasnt exactly what I was looking for,so they are going to make it custom to what I want. Where else can you get this kind of service in this day and age? Highly recommend you visit or shop online.
For the past three years I have wanted a mirror to match my natural hickory bedroom set. While I would occasionally see a design I liked, it never came in hickory. That was true when I was shopping in PA with a friend. But she just smiled and said "I know where to go." We went to Harold's Oak House. And they didn't have the mirror either, but Mike knew someone who would make it for me. We discussed the design (based on a photo, but not exactly the same), he made a call, we agreed a price (it was reasonable for the piece I wanted) and an approximate date it would be ready. It was ready 2 weeks early. And all you city slickers out there note - they are open on Sunday. I highly recommend Harold's Oak House.
